Vehicle Type

On Road Motorcycle - Any motorcycle, motorbike, or motorized trike that has at least two wheels, but not more than three wheels, with respect to a vehicle designed for operation principally upon public roads, completely open-air driver's seating, and a motorcycle hand-grip steering device.

Trike - Any custom manufactured 3-wheeled vehicle equipped with a motorcycle engine or auto engine and designed for street use. This includes any motorcycle that has had the rear tire and storage areas replaced by a manufactured assembly or "conversion kit".

ATV - Any land motor vehicle that has at least three wheels, but not more than eight wheels and is principally designed for travel over unimproved terrain.

Alternative Vehicle - An Alternative Vehicle is a gas or electric powered three-wheeled vehicle that, while classified as a street-legal motorcycle, is unlike a motorcycle or traditional trike for one or more of the following reasons:
- It has an enclosed or semi-enclosed cab.
- It uses a steering wheel in place of a handlebar-type steering device.

Dirt Bike/Enduro - Any land motor vehicle that has two wheels and is designed for operation principally off public roads, completely open-air driver's seating, and a motorcycle hand-grip steering device.

Moped - A lightweight motorized bicycle that can be pedaled as well as driven by a low-powered gasoline engine.

Scooter - Any two wheeled motor scooter that is designed for operation principally upon public roads and has completely open-air driver's seating, step through frame design and a motorcycle hand-grip steering device.

Golf Cart - Any land motor vehicle designed principally for use on a golf course. (Coverage for Golf Carts not available in all states)

Segway - A Segway Human Transporter.

Vehicle Modification

Modified frame - Select this if the frame of the vehicle has been modified structurally or physically altered.

Turbo or nitrous oxide kit - Select this if the engine has been modified with turbo or nitrous oxide kit to significantly improve performance.

None - Select if neither of the above options apply.

Commute (To / From work or school) - If you use your vehicle to commute to and from your work and/or school at least one day per week.

Off Road Use - If vehicle is used solely for off-road use.

Other - If vehicle is used for any reason other than commute or off road use.

Regular non-resident users - regularly operates the quoted vehicle twelve or more times per year.
